I ordered a "Aapno Rajasthan peacock motif round shaped marble clock with kundan work" - Fabfurnish Order # 200495255.
It is still not received, no update on tracking ID on the site even after 15 days of ordering the product.
In these 15 days I called fab furnish 3 times and received the same response, a docket number assigned, and product will be shipped in 3 to 4 days.
I ordered the product as a gift to one of my friend’s House warming ceremony, as I could not get time to purchase some gift by myself.
I ordered the product 10 days in advance, keeping buffer time in case delivery delayed by 2-3 days. But even after 15 days no sign of product and I am left with frustration, and ended up giving gift voucher on the day of ceremony.
In an Era where the product is shipped in 2-3 working days, Fab furnish promise to deliver within 7-10 working days. And in my case I have not received the product even after 15 days of patient wait.
In Foreign countries, these kind of delays are compensated by offering additional discounts or gift vouchers, or some small token to express their sorry towards customers.
But this is India, and you have to adjust.
I would suggest, not to purchase from fab-furnish if you are looking for specific timeline.
I am still waiting for product, not sure, what condition will be the product, when it will be shipped.
