Ordered a stool it was under the category BEDSIDE STOOL and when I received it, it was the size of a jewellery box.
I requested to return the item and then it all started.
It took me more than a month to make them finally hear my complaint.In that one month I used to call them daily and write to them every alternate days.
They used to tell me that there logistics team is unable to reach out to me, I don’t know whom were they trying to reach my phone was in perfect state and was working fine for the rest of the world.
These stupid firms should be shut down because its not just about the money and the goods its about the experience.
This firm killed my peace of mind!
I dont expect any reply from this firm since I do not have any intentions to buy any goods from here.
I am all pepped up for this next month to take the refund from them:P
