Don’t fall for good looking website, its the only thing which is good about it. The website might show that they have certain items in stock, but they are not actually. It seems like they procure it from vendors and ship it once thy receive the order.
Their website doesn’t show the status of order, so you can’t just go to website and find it whether they have shipped. They are prompt in sending their subscription letters to your email but that it isn’t the case for your order. They don’t send any email regarding delivery of your order
Only way is to call them up, their fixed response is " Sir please wait for 2 days"
