Large furniture from FabFurnish

I bought the Oceanic Atlanta Wall Unit from FabFurnish in November 2012. The product arrived with 2 glasses broken and a BIG wooden panel MISSING. Apart from that it was scuffed and scratched in many places. I sent pics of all the problems and spent hours trying to pin them down and get some action.


After 2 months they finally replaced the missing panel and ONE glass. 2.5 months after delivery, I now have the unit in one piece.


Attached: Pics of the broken panel and an example of the damages.


UPDATE: The issues in my unit have since been resolved by FabFurnish. They discussed and took whatever action was necessary to close my complaint.
