Terrible Service!!

Terrible customer service.


The courier company and the company alone are not bothered about having made me wait all morning after setting up a time with me for my order. It is 4 hours later, and I have still not received the product after waiting, and the courier guys had the audacity to say that I should have called them at 11, and not now to remind them, and now I need to wait because of that!!!


Never heard of such terrible service from any company!!!
