Worst Service by Fabfurnish

The worst service of FabFurnish.com - Case no - CASE:3214977] - Regarding Complaint against Fabfurnish Order # 208744446


Fab Furnish gave me a broken cot after taking my Money - When I ordered for a replacement they are saying every alternate day to send the new piece.One month has been past and still I am waiting for the same - > They are even stop replying to my email


I am planning to file a case in consumer Forum against Fabfurnish - Soon you will get a notice from court


I will not recommend any one to buy from Fabfurnish - Simply fraud


After putting the above message in FB finally today


I got a call that with in 2 hour you will send all the shipping details


However 24 hours has been past and still I did not receive anything - Pleas do not try to full people like this. I have been waiting for more than one Month and every day you are saying different stories. Unexpected delay from your side, I request all the people who are thinking to buy any thing from Fab furnish, please try to get the product from local market - Initially they send a defective piece as their courier does not care and Fab furnish even does not care to return the product and they have taken your money.


I got a call that you will refund the amount and again that is after picking up the furniture which will again take a long time, I have been following this thing after paying the money from one month, again you want to take it back and want me to wait one month,  let’s sort out the matter in court, will you give your corporate address, my lawyer is asking the same to send you the notice from, Bhubaneswar, Orissa court .


After one month-5th June 2015 Fab Furnish called to my cell and told that they will return my money and will take back the broken cot.Finding no other way I had to agree.


I called them on 1st july when they will take the cot back


-> They said that they will call me


I sent a mail - No reply


A case with no ORIBBSR13689 has been filed and samman has been sent to the head office address by my Lawyer
