None of the departments at Fabfurnish have delivered acceptable level of service while I have attempted to purchase the Oasis Vegas Three Seater Sofa.I made a purchase with my SBI Card on their website and the transaction went through successfully although their website kept saying payment pending.
I called up my bank to ensure that payment was successful and when assured by the bank I tried addressing the issue with the website’s’Chat with us’ feature.the rep without checking anything replied.’it may be system issue.your payment details should confirm in 15min’.I m sure no follow ups were done to check with the finance team if at all any issue needed addressing.needless to say the next day I receive an auto generated mail that my order has been cancelled.
I call my bank and ensure that they have released the payment.and send them a mail with all details and shortly receive a mail from another rep saying it must have been payment gateway failure(I am sure he didn’t check anything before making an uninformed assumption either - the highly efficient lot at Fabfurnish) I call my bank a third time and to my amazement find out that the money has already been claimed by the merchant Alix Retail Pvt Ltd with reference no. 000339 and yet the order shows cancelled on their website.
Today is the 3rd day since I made the transaction I am sitting here wondering about my order and the money which has no trace as of now. Think Twice before you make a purchase on this website!
