My order No. is 200131456. I had ordered a Home Republic Nettle Collapsible cupboard, worth Rs. 2400(after a discount of 400Rs. as introductory offer). The payment mode was Cash On delivery(since it was my first order, I thought it would be a safer choice than paying online and not receiving any product at all). The order confirmation call came within 3-4 hours of placing the order(Sunday, 22nd July). I received the product by courier(some unheard of, unreliable courier services) on 24th July 2013. I have received one box containing the incomplete product. The box contained an instruction booklet for assembly of the cupboard. Parts that should have been in the box were labelled A through I, but the package contained only the sheets and rods labelled A, B, C, D, E and I. The parts labelled F, G, H and J were not there in the box. I called the customer service on the Toll free number and lodged a complaint. I was told that a customer care executive will call back in 24-48 hrs. I also sent an e-mail and received an automated response mail. No call yet from them.I have ordered on FabFurnish for the first time and was a very very very very disappointing experience.
