Firstly, the customer care executives- called 1. Jude, 2. Rohit, Both of them have turned up naught, in terms of solving the crisis. All they repeatedly say is " we will call you back". On pressing further as to when that auspicious moment may be, I am told 24-48 hours.
i am sorry fab furnish, but seems like you just have one or two staff, who do all the work. Either you should get sued for flouting labour norms or financial fraud.
