Does not care about small customers

They mention through big banners on their website that they offer 15% discount or 20% discount. I bought a gift for a friend’s birthday through Fabfurnish and the product was to be delivered in 15-20 days.


After the elapse of 20 days they told me that the product was lost in transit and that they would refund the amount back to me and I can place the order again.


What they don’t mention is that they are going to refund the amount after discount and not provide you with a fresh discount so that if you have to reorder the same product again, you have to pay the full price.


I was not asking for a refund of more amount than I paid for, all I asked for is that I be given the same product at the same price that I paid for in the original order. I could very well reorder and shell out more money than I paid previously but this ridiculousness has made me feel like I have just wasted 20 days on you and I do not want to do business with you again.
