I bought a sofa online recently from Home Town but the product is not of that great quality. Just an discount attraction.Delivered late due to lock down crisis which is understandable but, after delivery fitment experience was really bad .A person by name Chandrashekar - 8861765608 who visited to fit the legs just fit the screws and didn’t use the big aluminium bolts which was provided in the package.Says nothing will happen and can be used after two years when this legs become loose.This is worst canvas from your carpenter on HT products and very bad experience.
Also their website doen’t allow to update the complaint/feedbcak.
