My interaction with FabFurnish has been very disappointing. My previous experiences of online shopping has been with Flipkart and that was always good. Based on that I ordered 4 items from FabFurnish.
1) THE WEBSITE IS MISLEADING. Items which are displayed as’in stock’ may not be available. One of the items which I ordered was cancelled a week after I placed the order. I NEVER GOT THE REFUND. It’s more than a month since the cancellation. Also, when I asked for a replacement with another item of same value, they did not respond.
2) The bed sheet set from Manasa was of poor quality - faded-looking, heavy and coarse. The Rs. 1100 I paid for the double bed sheet set was definitely too much considering it’s quality. STAY CLEAR OF MANASA PRODUCTS.
3) NEVER EVER PAY BEFOREHAND. You will have a tough time getting a refund. In fact, you may not get it at all as has been my experience.
