Frustrated and feel cheated

Had placed an order for a king size bed with side table and a dresser on the 2nd of October. on the 4th of October I receive a msg saying that my products have been shipped. on the 5th I receive another msg saying the dresser has been shipped via blue dart. after that I did not hear from them for 10 days. After ten days I started calling them and each time the response was its in transit.the logistic team will inform me.


However, I never got any call back. on the Finally I received the dresser sometime during the 3rd week. today after a month I have still not received my bed and side table and fab furnish is clueless about when it will reach me. now they are coming up with an excuse that Kolkata is not in their service area and they are sending the products to me as an exception. I now wonder why they took the purchase and why they have it written on their website that delivery is available in any part of India within 8 -13 business days.


I wonder if they are doing m a favor by sending the product to me. I feel completely cheated. Now I want the deal cancelled so that I can purchase a bed locally but they are unwilling to cancel the deal. They are unwilling to inform me when I will receive the product. They are unwilling to complete the deal soon too. It’s a month now.


I am completely frustrated and don’t know what to do other than to post this on every social media possible so that I get their attention.
