Never deliver on time, no proper status of purchased item. Very very bad experience.
I had purchased two items, a sofa and a mattress from Bellandur, Bangalore Fab-Furnish office.
Mattress didn’t reach even after 15 days of the promised date [ is always 15 days after purchase] and I didn’t receive the ordered one even after 25 days, then as a compensation they said they offer 2000 rs for any next buy, I bought another furniture giving some amount on top of that and still I am waiting till date after 20 days for the new one.
The people in the store do not even know the status . They do agree that they have bad delivery system without any shame.
Fed up of them, even after giving money wait for more than 10-15 days of promised date and such a bad response from the store .
Only good thing is that the employees do not shout back to you, they are at-least good with that .
