We as a customer always look for some better deal and brand name before making any order to live with a hope that we will get better product along with awesome customer service before and after purchase. But in case of FabFurnish.com your experience with their customer service will not be the same. They will send you back in the era of 90’s.
I ordered one of rocking chair from FabFurnish.com, (#305788596 date: 6th August 2016) little known I was aware that my experience in dealing FABFURNISH is going to be rocking as well. They have one sided terms and conditions and most blunt customer service executives. They will let you feel immediately, how helpless we as a customer are after making any purchase via FabFurnish.com
BEWARE- they just don’t have a CANCELLATION OR RETURN OR REFUND POLICY!
Which implies the customer is doomed once he has visited the FABFURNISH site and done the big mistake of placing an order.
I am facing this issue with them for one of my orders that was placed with FabFurnish.com. I liked one of it and opened to check how it looks by zooming and all, a regular thing every customer would like to do. FabFurnish.com shows the available color options in right pane. I started checking the colors and then decided to proceed with checkout. I was not aware that while checking the colors that product color it-self got changed to the last color I clicked. I can’t really say it’s a technical glitch from their end or mistake from my end.
And the horrifying experience begins with the order.
Stupid me I didn’t even entered the pincode and proceeded with checkout. This is the normal cart summary in FabFurnish.com. Refer attachments.
And once someone proceed they show 6- 7 days as an estimate for delivery.
I ordered without giving a second though on cancellation policy which was not mentioned in product page and not even during checkout time.
We as a customer always believe if we would have made any mistake during order it would get resolved by customer service and don’t pay much attention to it. Here with FABFURNISH, I was wrong and the ordeal started.
It has been 7 days and I have not received any email for shipment\dispatch of the product. I got worried and checked with their customer care, I sent an email and got auto generated response. I thought they will revert back to me but no, here I was wrong again. I called customer service and came to know that it takes 13 – 18 business day. I was not aware so I requested them If they can expedite the order, but again same robot reply. I was dishearten and after few hours as a curiosity I checked the order and then realized I order chair with different color.
Tried to track the order- The link never opened! Another bummer.
Finally looked around for the policy for change/cancellation in product page. There exists NONE!
Amazing isnt it!
I decided to cancel my order and sent one more email to cancel it. Ah, again no response. I called FabFurnish.com customer care next morning and then they made me realize that I am doomed.
They don’t have any cancellation policy, they don’t have any return policy, customer can’t modify the order, no refund, no coupon against cancellation. Bingo! Yes you are right, once the money is in, FABFURNISH guys are the boss.
So here is the normal response for customer from FabFurnish.com .
- I would like the color of the rocking chair to be changed -
Response- This cannot be done.(Because you have paid the amount and you didn’t go through our FAQ section before making order)
- I would like to cancel the order.
Response- This cannot be done.(Because you have paid the amount and you didn’t go through our FAQ section before making order)
- I would like to return the order once I receive.

They have not left me with any other option but to inform and share my horrible experience with everyone. If you love your hard earned money and living with your experience with e-commerce website, who values the customer first then Please avoid FabFurnish.com.
They are hiding facts and dealing like goons. Their customer service will make you realize that they have looted your money, your pre build expectations while dealing with e-commerce vendors is a myth and you are dealing none other than goons.
Friends it’s a warning! Take it seriously.
These guys display such flashy things on sites but when it comes to really displaying customer service FabFurnish.com sucks big time.
We had a long interaction with the representative - ROHIT HADARI
He kept telling me that he would have done it if its possible but since there is no such policy in place they can’t do anything.
At a point of time they used to have the policy but nothing exists now.
I am feeling looted and cheated by FabFurnish.com. Its like harassing the customer and leaving them with no option.
I have lost my money( that is a pain - no doubt about it), but what more shocking is, how these people are literally laying the trap for the customer and leaving them stuck with the product that they do not like!
Who all amongst us checks the return or cancellation policy before placing the order, or reads the terms and conditions that are mentioned on the website in small fonts that are illegible to read.
