Terrible experience!!

Extremely bad experience with Fab furnish. Bought wardrobes a month back while I was moving to a different city. Wanted the wadrobes to be delivered on time and installed before we move into the apartment.


Not only fab furnish failed to deliver the wardrobes on time, the wardrobes when delivered ( after a long delay) were damaged. One part - the base was broken. The assembly guy asked us to ask for a replacement of the part or the full cupboard from Fab furnish.


Thats when the grind started.no response from customer care even after calling and doing the needful. We sent the pictures of the broken part via email. There was no response for good 3 days. Then everytime we call for an update.the answer is, give us 24 -48 hrs, we wilk update u regarding the resolution.
