Do you believe in customer satisfaction?

I had ordered a bed and mattress from you guys. There was no specification on the size of the mattress which should have accompanied the bed. So I used my best understanding, which proved to be wrong. The size of the mattress happens to be bigger than the bed and doesn’t fit. I have been calling since past 3 days to seek a resolution, but they bluntly refused to change the mattress.


What do I do with the mattress now? Should I stop buying from you and stop propagating your name to my friends and family? Is this the best resolution which you could have given me? the mattress is still in the same packaging in which it was delivered to us. All I ask for is a change of size. I am not even asking for a price adjustment and I am ready to pay for the extra shipping cost as well.
