Order delivery not received

I had ordered 1 \\’Shilp Cup And Tray Wall Clock With Key Holder(SH518DE89YLMINDFUR-326855)’ vide order number 205249226 dated 19th July 2015.


At the time of order, I was promised the delivery in 7-10 business days which means latest by 31st July. However, even today I have not received the delivery against my order. Leave apart the delivery, the customer care guys have not even bothered to call me and update the status. I have made numerous complaint calls by now but no concrete resolution was received.


To my surprise, I have received an email from customer support that there may be a delay of 3-4 days in your order despite a delay of 9 days which has already happened till today.


Though, this kind of behaviour is really surprising for me, since I have experienced very quick and prompt customer care service earlier. However, this time I am really disappointed and after waiting for almost 21 days of no response, today I have finally decided to cancel the order and never come back to this website again.
