SADfurnish >>>> Feel Cheated shopping experience

New in city & think u can shop online @fabfurbish to ease things out..YOU are WRONG!! Well I counted repeatedly for fabfurnish to deliver a cutlery set within 15 days as they promise only to receive a damaged piece in-spite of prompt intimation & a request to send it b4 my budday as I had some guest for dinner. FABfurnish FAILED & then on day 15 they promised to send a new pc.


After 25 days only to inform me that they r refunding my money as NO stock...just wanted to inform my dear friends so that they don’t go through this drama of agony, a ruined birthday with plastic cutlery & feel cheated.

It is indeed embarrassing for us as well as despite the best of our efforts and commitment we failed to stick to our delivery timeline of 15 working days. We follow stringent quality checks and unfortunately the cutlery set for which you placed an order did not meet our standards. Hence we chose to refund against the order as quality is always paramount for us. Further, we again checked with our Soucring team if anyways we could procure another set for you but this did not happen either and hence instead of keeping you waiting any longer , we decided to refund.Your feedback has helped us make certain changes to our process so that such delays or failures are not repeated.
