Wrong item delivered!!

I had ordered a ***TGS 3D Square Clock White*** on 31st Oct as shown in below pic. They delivered a completely wrong product as shown in attached pic today! Who does that?


This is simply cheating. They say’free delivery’ but when I ordered COD they charged  50Rs. extra as’order processing charge’. And they have **processed the order** so well that a completely different product was delivered!
