Interesting experience with this Online company. Just in case Fabfurnish reads this review, here is my case ID: CASE:9152966. I ordered a sofa from this company. Prior to ordering, I spoke with their customer care to inquire about the sofa. The rep basically gave me a very good sales pitch on how the quality of the sofa etc etc. I twice confirmed with him the dimensions of the sofa just to make sure it would suit well in our living room. The rep assured me it was. When the Sofa arrived, it turns out the dimensions on the Web page did not match the dimensions of the sofa. The height mentioned was 17.5 inches, with no qualifiers, no pictures, nothing. Any normal person would think the height would be from the ground to the base of the sofa. However when we measured even the total height is not accurate.
They call this a Sofa, where literally we have to sit on the ground. We called customer care, and all they did was hide behind their return policy, when it was pretty clear that the sales information represented on the web was inconsistent with what was being delivered.
So we are stuck with a "on the ground" which they call a sofa, spend a fortune on it, with no recourse, legal or otherwise. What a bad bad experience.
If I was running this, they should at-least honor an exchange policy with return shipment to be borne by the buyer OR maybe a 10 percent restocking fee.
They have good stuff, but I think they lost me as a customer.
