Most Pathetic Experience (1 month delay).

1)  More than a month delay in getting my product. They sent a defective product first, then after 2-3 weeks they told they will replace. and then they took my defective piece, but yet to see my replaced product after 1 month.


2) No good update on what went wrong.what is the status etc. Everytime I call them they will tell me in most comforting voice that we will follow-up and take care of this but guess what! Nothing happens.


3) I had to call 2 times a day, for almost a week. And every time your people tell me we will update you but no updates.
