I have purchased black color Honda Activa a year ago. After using for 2 months the trouble started. I continuously suffered with severe pain in my right shoulder. I went to the service center and explained them the problem. They sorted that my bike’s handle is bent and they have replaced it with new one under waranty.
Still I faced the same problem. Everytime I give my bike for servicing I explain them the problems I face while riding the bike but the result is "0"
And the major drawback is you have to spend Rs.1000 for actual servicing. In the nominal servicing that cost Rs.550, they do nothing but just change the oil. One has to particularly ask for special servicing and pay to get the bike overall servicing.
Moreover, the vechile gives almost 15kms less millage than the promised one. I do not understand how it gained a brand value and how it is surviving in the market.
Despite of charging highest price when compared to any other scooty in the market, Activa is the worst bike.
I am suffering with the decision of taking Activa. Please do not choose Activa, there are many other scooties in that market that are performing well than this.
