I purchased a new Activa on 17September, 2014 from "Shiv Shankarv Honda Jagadhri, Distt. Yamuna Nagar, Haryana ".
I want to give review to Honda Activa with their service centre as follows:-
Firstly,
Maximum accidents occur when people use the breaks of ACTIVA while driving.
Second one is,
When we want to purchase a thing we prefer to purchase NEW one not SECOND-HAND.
Do you know why?
Because we can use that thing without any worries of faults occuring, at least for one year.
Therefore, we buy NEW Activa not SECOND-HAND. But we had to face some problems like
side mirror play problem, problem in self start.
Actually this problem appears within 7 days of its purchasing and so on.
We went to its service centre that is SHIV SHANKAR HONDA for correction of above mentioned problems.
After some months I had an accident with my ACTIVA and gave it to the service centre for repairing.
They returned my ACTIVA with some scratches on it.
But that centre didn’t look like a service centre.
There were no facilities for waiting people like:
Chairs were half broken.
No cold water for drinking(summers).
No cool air.
No discipline as everyone(customers) went to the workshop instead of sitting in waiting room.
