This is the first scooter I bought. I used it for an year nearly and rode several long drives too. This bike has that mettle to go far more distance than you ever thought. My experience with Activa goes like this, as soon as I bought this scooter we started riding minimum of 60 kms a day and with in few days we hit 1000 kms marks and that was too early.
Mileage is around 35 to 40 which is good when compared to other scooters in the same slab. This bike is very comfortable, I wrote a blog about it too, I rode for 450 kms on this scooter with a bit of discomfort but the way it moves on the road will make you feel comfortable suspension is not that great but when the road is smooth you will experience the most comfortable scooter in the market.
One should be very cautious with road grip as the tyres are very small and they can skid even on the smallest humps. This scooter is reliable and good looking but in terms of mileage and road grip I cannot guarantee the performance as I myself experienced few problems. Overall a comfortable scooter with all negatives masked by reputation:)
