Own one since 2013.
Rough and tough scooter. Very low maintaince. Volume of the sales speaks the demand and reliability that this scooter offers.although at present there many scoters launched to complete with this one.but still it remains unbeatable.
It has a 100cc engine which is very powerful I feel which gives it a very good pick up.you can easily cruise it at 80 kmph ( max speed) without any hassle.there is absolutely no vibration felt in the scooter post 60kmph speed.it rides like a butter.
Suspension are ok ok.considering it a scooter we can not expect to have suspension like a motorcycle.still it absorbs good enough pot-holes of mumbai.only the big ones are felt really badly.
The main advantage of owning such scooters are that you get good enough storage to carry your stuff.which ofcourse we dont get it in bikes.
The seat is nice and broad even heavy person can seat comfortably.
The riding position is also comfortable for daily commute.
Ok now the drawback which I feel this scooter has are:
The suspension should be worked upon.
Lack of digital speedometer guage.
Lack of engine kill switch.
Fuel tank ( very small fuel tank)
Less average ( I get around 35 kmpl)
Lack of charging point ( althogh the latest models have one) .
These cons are not the deal breakers so this one remains the king of this segment.although tvs jupiter is giving tough compitition.
