If you want to visit Tamil Nadu branch of City Honda, then visit the Kalyan Nagar branch which is in HRBR layout.
Starting from the representatives to the caller tunes (both reps mobile phones as well as company landline) are in tamil. If Honda has a policy like this that in everystate they would not give priority to local language then it is totally unacceptable.
When you visit this showroom they even greet in tamil. And by mistake you call them you have a tamil movie caller tune to greet you. Honda should have some basic protocols defiened when a showroom is opened in any state. The reps are even not well versed in Kannada. It is not there fault but the companys. Hopefully, this issue is taken care of at the earliest. I really feel now not to visit this showroom again and changed my decision of buying activa from this showroom.
