Dont be surprised why I called it a family car. Ever since, this vehicle has hit Indian Roads, I ve seen the poor thing loaded with sundry items from A-Z, from Human beings to Animals, from Vegetables to Furntiure and so on..
Wonderful bike, very sturdy, high on comforts, makes city driving lot easier and like never before.I am using 2007 model, running very fine. Until I gave it for service.JSP Honda in Chennai...pathetic... poor service, my bike has started giving trouble after I gave it for service here.
Why didnt Honda mnf look into all these.. customer care and CRM. The showrooms are very displeasing to enter anywhere in Chennai.

Staff - Unhygienic, poor customer skills, cannot speak anything other than tamil, unfriendly, rude
Service - Poor, erratic, bike has been traumatized, lot of scratches
Space - I cant imagine, how they manage to squeeze 50 odd vehicles in this tiny showroom -cum- service centre.
JSP Honda & Didar Motors are the worst. I went there to inquire about Activa and price. I was responded to by one of the so called customer executives after waiting for nearly 1 hour.
They dint offer me any chair, no water, showroom was in such bad condition, I had to beg for brochure, no satisfactory response.
If you are planning to buy Honda Activa, please be mentally prepared to face such hardhip at the hands of these illiterate people who own and run these showrooms .Personally, I’ve has torrible time both booking the vehicle & getting service.Honda Activa Boss are you reading all this?? Please take some action on the defaulters.
