I have a Honda Activa bought in July 2007. the above preview mentioned about Kothari Wheels is really true. The after sales service is Pathetic. No other word.
I guess they just wash the vehcile and give to you. They really dont care after sales. I have another product from Hinda from Yash Automobiles. I sent a feedback about their sales team and they really improved. but after sales services is not that good. Lack of expertise.
I had serviced my Activa last month. It has a huge amount though not worried coz the vehicle need to be serviced and parts needed to be changed. I knew what was not changed last month. Today when I took my Activa to change the Clutch shoe. I know what was wrong.
I am not a mechanic but understand atleast 10% . it so happened that the technical person inspected my Activa and asked to change the belt and bearings of the front wheel which I changed it last month. On informing him that it was changed last month, he asked to show the bill. Why the heck did he wan to see the bill? Do they do the same thing for paid.
