I must bring to the notice of the public that the Honda service centre @ domalur is the no one is providing the worst service to its customers. I had very worst experience with the service. On this week end I had given my activa for the service at this centre, thanks god it was last free service. One of the guy immediately came and took all the details and said that I will get the vehicle @ 5.30 pm on the same day.
When I went for my 3rd free service I had felt that these people may not be doing anything except some break settings, believe me they will not even oil or grease it. When I received my vehicle I just checked the rear wheel and showed that guy about the mud spots near the wheel rim. That guy was trying to escape and said because of heat these mud spots cant be washed. I was surprised by his answer. Again I checked, there was a rubber tube, I just touched that rubber tube, all the mud was there itself. I was shocked, they haven’t even have washed it. I started shouting at the staff asked him to call his manger. He said, two mins sir I will quickly go and wash that .
What the hell is this, what if I have not noticed it. Another face of cheating. They took it inside and washed it in two mins. May be they will also wash your vehicle in two mins. Is that not a bad service.They will not do anything except break settings and they put some good amt of oil on your vehicle to make it look shine. I paid just Rs.66.00 but the service was not worth of that rs 66.00.
Please avoid this centre for the better sake of your bike.
