I am using Honda Aviator since 2010.This is one of the best mileage scooter I found in my life.
But their customer service not responding at all.i always servicing of my aviator from authorized service centre. but last week I was shocked when one of the mechanic telling me that the filter you are using in aviator is a desi filter, then I showed them the bill of this filter which was given by same service centre.
Then that mechanic, immediatel turn the matter and said oh sorry ho skata hai kisi ne desi daal diya ho. I think good honda company given this type of services to us with using un-authorised spare parts.
Hope they will look into this matter and enhance their good service towards to customer
