I bought honda aviator in the year of 2013 intial 5 months average and pick up was extremely good average was around 40km/litre, but then after problem arise in engine and most of the time vehicle got off while running in the roads, I showed my vehicle many time in honda authroised service centre in pune like in viman nagar, manjri and rasta peth branch which is the main branch of honda, customer service department franchise head, service manager everyone conduct many meeting and kept the vehicle from 1 month to 3 months but same problem arise everytime I have to send many mails to the honda CEO and other managers and I have spent extra money for paying tax and tools purchasing price like piston, filters etc. but in the year of 2016 they finally took the bike and changed engine so now bike is like a new bike . I had gave lots of efforts to make my bike like a correct one . Now aviator is giving average of 30km/litre. Customer service department is good but those people not get convience easily.
