I bought Aviator from Didar Motors, Mount Road, Chennai 4 months back and happy with the vehicle so far. On the looks it definitely makes the difference and riding comfort is excellent. Shorter people may find difficult. Has good mileage and after two services I am getting 45km/l.There ends the good thing.
It is unfortunate that Honda is offering such a good vehicle but through poor dealers who rank very low in customer care services. I am having very difficult times in dealing with service center of this dealer. Two major reasons are:
They fitted protective bars in the scooter which splits the scooter body at the back just below the seat. They assure you that it got fixed everytime it is serviced, but not really.
They never commit the delivery time of vehicle till last moment and keep you suspended. You cannot plan anything with the vehicle for 2-3 days when you leave it for service, which is supposed to be one day affair.
It is hightime that Honda reviews dealer’s service efficiency. I would not recommend this vehicle if anyone is particular about the after sales service.
