I bought this car 2 weeks ago.Travelled around 750 km uptill today. Initially the power delivery is very low up to 200km. Later on it provides a heavy torque and acceleration after 2500 RPM.The engine got little smoother when compared to the test drive car in the show room.
When I talk about the performance , all that comes to my mind is the 2nd gear. It gives a huge torque and capable of overtaking any car. As there is torque, fuel is also consumed. But one thing that comes into my mind is it is purely blue efficient, when compared to any other car in this series.
Now it time to talk about the mileage. Initially the car gave a milage of 10.7kmpl during the first 150km(In city with AC gear 1 2 3). Later after that in city it gave around 13.5kmpl. Now the city mileage has increased to 14.5kmpl until you drive your car only in eco mode. Since its city the rpm I drive not more than 2000 rpm.Thus it give enough mileage. City its gives around 16 17 kmpl Until today.
The mileage is all based on your driving skills. I.vtec engine is best series petrol Engine in the world. I truly recommend people this car who have the patience to wait till the car gets smoother after starting the engine, then only the mileage comes into account.
