We purchased a Honda Brio and have driven around 400km. The car is extremely fun to drive and a pleasure to drive in the city. Very refined engine which seems to just fly when you step on the pedal. Despite the small dimensions the Honda engineers have managed to provide enough space by making the front seat thinner and by creating a curve in the front seat and the dashboard to give extra leg room. Some people seemed to be turned off by the glass rear door, but we liked it a lot and we felt it gave the car the edge over the other sedans in the market now.
There is some cost cutting evident in terms of lack of driver seat height adjustment, manual radio aerial , manual mirror adjustments etc (on the S(MT) variant).However compared to the other cars in the segment , brio had the best looking interiors, on par with hyundai. We were very disappointed with the etios interiors (although space is more).The only problem was that although the rear seats were comfortable , they did not have thigh support. The suspension was quite good except on pot holes where it could get uncomfortable. However we have been spoilt by the class leading suspension on the fiat linea (our other car) and the comparison would be unfair .
The brio is an excellent package and VFM with good interiors, the honda badge, good fuel efficiency (petrol) felt better constructed than some of the other cars in the same segment .
