I brought this bike from Muthoot Honda, Kochi on 16th May. To date, I have traveled 3400kms on this bike. This bike hasn’t failed me yet. The bike is just awesome. It gives me around 61km/litre on perfect driving conditions(highway ride, max 75kmph, gear shifts at 3000rpm). But the mileage lessens to around 57-58 while riding at around 90-100 kmph.
Max speed attained: 118kmph. The bike is pretty consistent at high speeds. no trouble handling at high speeds-not much of a vibration.
ONLY COMPLAINT: Just before the 1st service(750kms) I had an extra sound from the engine. The service centre explained that its some minor issue with the fuel tank. After that no other problems till date.
Just take care not to drive the bike at speeds exceeding 50kmph till the first service. As far as possible, change gears at 3000rpm. After first service, the bike is all yours.I recommend it over unicorn(i have taken a lot of rides in unicorn) and FZ(in terms of mileage and handling).
