Honda is a very high-status company in two wheeler & four wheeler segment in the India. Earlier Hero & Honda were considered as one company and working on a collaboration. After some issues of royalty, they became separate. We heard that the technology in two wheeler segment was provided by the Honda to Hero. We thought that Honda Company should be a better company than Hero Motor. To consider that, I had bought a bike of Honda Company i.e. Honda CB Trigger but my experience about the said bike has been very bad. I got some problem during the period of service in front of Dealer which are given as below.
Engine overheating & making the large amount of sound.
Wheel Balance is not proper due to excel problem.
Missing speed in gear 1 and gear 2
Vibrating of fuel tank at the speed of 40-50 KMH
Average between 15 to 20 KMH after service of the bike after 500-600 Kilometer
Extra sound of timing chain in the Engine
Unable to start in the morning without chock.
Low pick up in Gear1 or Gear 2
The above problems have been experienced by me every time at the time of service. The dealers of Honda as well as Honda Company are also unable to give the satisfactory reply on the above facts. I have drive the bike 4600 Kilometers and I have used the oil amounting to Rs.12, 000/- and serviced amounting to Rs. 5, 000/-. Now, I am unable to drive the said bike due to continuation of the problem.
Sincerely informing all customers please don’t buy this poor quality HONDA TRIGGER bike made of low quality materials.
