Sincerely informing all customers please don’t buy this poor quality HONDA TRIGER bike made of low quality materials. I purchased one bike from KTC HONDA, CALICUT, KERALA on August 2014 and found that all the metal parts like handle bar, swing arm, chassis, silencer, front shock absorber.including engine are rusted and informed the company and the dealer very next day for replacement of the bike.
The dealer delivered the vehicle after seven in the evening, so I couldn’t see the bike properly due to darkness and I never expected the dealer or the company will cheat the customer like this. I had mailed to company and dealer more than six times Unfortunately from there side there is no reply other than a call from Bangalore office inquiring about the condition of the bike and suggested me to deposit the bike for painting at their dealer point and for me it is not acceptable.
There is no written reply from company head office for my grievances so am proceeded to register a complaint to consumer court through my legal adviser.because company doesn’t have a customer care department to resolve the issues, if there all are duff and dump.
