Worth buying :-)

Hi Folks,

This is my very first bike and hence I was very cautious while picking one. Twister is the best among its class (100cc). Though it has few drawbacks, it is packed with other features which are very economical on Indian traffic conditions.

Pick-up is very good even with pillion driver. I bought the bike latest 2011 and traveled around 450Kms + , driving in the range of 45km/h to 50km/h and noticed a drastic fuel efficiency of 65km/l + that too in Bangalore Traffic conditions :-) . This bike is for economical use & strictly not for racers!!!!!!

Look wise, it is the best & I have owned a yellow one (as displayed in the snap on web page) which makes people notice my vehicle & grasp their attention even in late evenings :-).

I have not tried going beyond 50km/h, since not even 1st service is done – So no comments on vehicle wobbling at high speed.

To talk about the drawback of the vehicle, 1st thing comes in mind is rear wheel size which makes you scared while cornering & sometimes of course skid on wet surfaces (alternative can be a better tire with good road grip).

2nd thing is fuel tank capacity, looks as if it can fit more than 20 ltrs, but limited only to 8 ltrs.

(Need to compromise with its mileage). 3rd is gearbox, which slips sometimes – Probably I need get used to it! 4th is rear drum breaks are not satisfactory where the front disk serves very well in controlling.

Overall performance is great if you can sacrifice the above drawbacks & start living with it. :-)
