A few months the Honda cars dealer Ring Road Honda in Gurgaon was giving me hell in delivering the Honda City Automatic booked. The delivery date just kept getting postponed, with no proper replies in sight.
It’s then that I complained to Honda about the dealer. I went to the Honda India site and did so over email.
And guess what? I finally got a call back about the complaint. And who called me? The dealer himself. The company asked the same dealer to call me who I had complained against.
No one from the company cared. The dealer was no help either, as expected. And when I went back to the company website to complain about what the point of asking the dealer to call me was, no one cared to reply. So much for world class cars being given poor customer service.
I finally got the car. But my service woes continue. More in subsequent reviews.
