I bought a high end iDtec Honda diesel from TV Sundaram in Coimbatore. must be after a month, I took the vehicle to Kerala on a vacation and found in the morning, water had gone inside the boot after night full of rain.
Then I realized there is un-even gap between the boot and the body, so water goes inside. I came back and reported this to the local dealer, and its more than two months, they still trying to figure out how to sort this. They took the vehicle to and forth but nothing has happened.
The vehicle looks like a tampered vehicle from behind. they did this like a childs play.
I wrote this issue to honda, and to my surprise its almost a month, I have not received a response except for a mail that states the dealer will look into this.
Till date the service manager from the dealer point has not called, I doubt such a person exists. A person who has just joined the dealer coordinates and confesses to me that he has limited knowledge on this and he doubts his ability to assist me.
I dont think as customers we buy seeing who the dealer is and what matters is Honda and Hondas commitment to supply the best product possible.
This is my 2nd honda and I doubt I will be willing to recommend them to my friends or will go for an another honda in the future.
May be my case is one of its kind and not that frequent for honda to take note of it. but what matters in a business is attention to details and the small things that really matter to transfer the sense of satisfaction to every customer who has invested his money thinking honda delivers the best.
Good Luck
