I purchased New Honda City I-Vtec S-MT on 7th january, 2009.
Even on the very first day of taking delivery to home my whole family was exhilirated, all praise of its stunning arrow looks, very silent engine.The AC is very good cons idering Chennai weather.The accelerration, response to steering is also good and as equvalent to my old car, a ford ikon 1.6nxt.
The view from driver’s seat is perfect and also the rear view, unlike ford cars where rear views are always pain in the neck.Even though my daily running is 50 km/day I deliberated between fiesta and verna diesal for 3 months, inspite of huge discounts from these two companies, the moment I saw the new hondacity smt in automagazine &showroom I fell in love immediately and waited and bought it.no waiting period for my car, I took the new color polished metal.the space in the back seat, legroom is much larger when compared to oldcity.the 9kprice tag is worth investing in compare to my ford ikon [which I bought for6.2k 2004], still icouldnot get a decent resale value.iam a doctor [cardiologist]and I maintain cars in good condition and for me the new hondacitysmt is excellant in all features outside, inside finish is poor but a good family vehicle and also for self driving.It is the best looking, eye catching new car in sedans.
