My car had been at the Curry Honda dealership for 3 months for the airbags recall. After getting a call yesterday morning that my car was ready for pick up and I had 24 hours to return my rental, I went to get it. I had to wait over 3 hours to get my car because "they couldn’t find it as it was not in the spot assigned".
Also, up until the moment I asked about it before leaving, no one mentioned that only one airbag had been replaced and I would have to come back in a month for the passenger’s side one. It didn’t seem like anyone was going to tell me because the Service representative in charge of my car didn’t even come talk to me at all, and some assistant just handed me my keys and told me I could leave.
