This based on my experience having driven the car from past 1+ yrs. Just like any other cars after 3-4 service done its performance is deteriorating inspite of repetitive complaints to Whitefield Honda and Dakshin Honda in Bangalore I didn’t see any good yield. One major hindrance I found on highway, at night the high beam is not upto expectation for avg speed of 70-80km/hr can’t make out whats ahead (whether bend, hump...) inspite no oncoming vehicles.
Well I do not have much to say good things about the car as this is my 1st car and I had not driven any other car to compare my experience. I feel this Honda city is value for money.
I urge Honda Siel Cars India Ltd., to curb the dealers in their service provided and to take the complaints given by customers seriously.
I like to illustrate kind of not a good experience I had with dealer Dakshin Honda when I had been for 4th service. Since I wash my car self I know every detail corners of the car from out side to inside (not technically) I know every scratch made on my car. On the 4th paid service with this dealer I had also asked for 3M under chassis anti-corrosion and Pint protection. I took the delivery of the car from service in the late evening say after 7pm I did not inspect the car since it was night and dark trusted the quality check would have done a good work.
Later day found there were some chemical dropping which had left grey marks on my dash board and music system and on gear knob, I also noticed the horn cap of the steering wheel was fiddled with and not fitted properly at no time during the hand over of the car for service I had specified anything wrong with the steering wheel, dealer was not ready to get all these rectified with out the cost of my argument.
