Took my Honda for Service to Pinnacle Honda Service Center today. Absolutely disgusted with the service quality. They took more than two hours to open the job card and then reported at the end of the day that a common spare like Shock Absorber is not available.
This incidentally has been my consistent bad experience with Pinnacle Honda for the last four years but today I thought of sharing this in public. Friends think twice before buying a Honda - Their Service Sucks
