It is no doubt a great product with superb technology and looks. Milage is decent. I get around 11 kmpl in semi-city conditions on automatic version. But it does not improve much on highways as you tend to drive faster which compensates for economy. I would rate the product high on comfort(amazing back seat comfort! Pity I cannot enjoy it as Im on driver seat:), styling(there is still no product in category which matches the looks) and technology(its honda!). The things which I think could have been improved are -
Seat covers - they are of the fabric which attrects dust. Anyway, now they have "v" version which has leather seats but it costs around 60K more and you can get the leather apholstry on "s" model done for less that 30K.
Minor(MINOR) feel of auto-gear change
Feels(Just feels) delicate. Compared to Civic, skoda vehicles and toyota corolla give more solid feel
Besides these minor hiccups, there is something more which is dampner and that is service levels of service stations. Seems like the service stations have more than ample work and they dont really care about the quality of dealings. Most of the time they are in hurry to finish of the job. Though they do have practice of calling later and asking for feedback, but trust me- no one really cares(or even listens). The last time I got call from honda showroom, I rated them 5 on 10 and all I got after that was "thank you" and phone was disconnected without caring for asking the reasons.
To sum it up- its a great product but the service which comes along with it does not compliment it.
