I had a nightmare dealing with Dakshin Honda. The driver scheduledto pick up the car in February end, showed up 2hrs+ late and the pickup and service had to be rescheduled.
The week later, when the car went for its third service, the was in ABSOLUTE perfect condition (being driven just 2000kms). The car returned home with a LOUD puttering noise in ALL GEARS. It sounded like one of those three wheeled auto-rickshaws! The car had left home in PERFECT condition!
It took Honda around 2 weeks+ to fix the problem. I had paid forthe car to be shampooed and cleaned and the car was returned with Nasty grease marks and I had told Satish in Dakshin Honda repeatedly to return the car clean. The Customer Service representative there, Muneer Ahmed was of ABSOLUTE NO HELP either. Nobody seemed knowledgeable about the car or service and nobody really cared either. Does Honda not have any money left to hire good and knowledgeable mechanics anymore?!
Nobody bothered to call and let me know of what was going on with the car. The car was promised on dates and not delivered on tho-sedates and no explanation or call came from Dakshin Honda. I had to call EVERY DAMN DAY during my working hours to see what was going on and I didn’t quite get any clear replies either. I even drove down1+hrs from work to see what was going on with my car- not that it made any difference.
The service at Dakshin Honda is HORRIBLE. My car, is never going back there again. The LEAST Honda should do, is either pay me back for the car cleaning I had paid for OR give me a free car interior cleaning at Magnum Honda’s Dealership in Bangalore. I am anyway considering going to consumer court regarding the issue as I am extremely annoyed with Honda.
Just shut down that damn Dakshin Service center. Even street side mechanics have better customer service and skills than Dakshin Honda! I just don’t see HOW DARE they return the car with grease marks aftertaking a month for a third service and charging me for car cleaning! Such a SHAME! P.S. And they drove 350+kms on the car while it was in the service center :)
