This weekend I serviced my Honda Dio in the Haiku Honda service centre at Old Madras Road.
To make the Bill Payment through the Metal Cage it took me 25 minutes, I was at the counter and two ladies were just clicking clicking and still no Bill in the end. They did not know how to delete the Buzzer that I had asked not to replace from the bill, after 25 MIns out of frustration I told them to leave the Bill as it is and Get me the Bill.
The Indicator Buzzer of the Bike was not working Properly. On the Job Card very clearly I told them not to replace the Buzzer. - Just check and leave it. The Guy even put an "X" on it in front of me!
# Service personal has replaced the entire Buzzer Unit.
- While giving the Bike I was told that the charge will be Rs.250-300/-
# I was charged 482, and was told air filter was replaced.
I rode the bike home and I see my front Mud guard Broken, on closer inspection the Paint is chipped on the Front Mud guard which clear shows they have bumped the bike in the front somewhere
the Bike still has a starting Problem( Normally you take it out of the Service centre the bike starts in one shot)
Funniest thing of all At the time of delivery I see the Security Guard in the Building Bring my Bike down the ramp and HE is tightening the Bike Nuts! - When I pointed this to the a guy then it was all COver up he shouting at the security guy then suddenly out of no where a Guy comes and starts polishing my bike like Gold and comes with a smile.
When this Polishing was happening, I see another Customer Pushing a Honda Dio coming into the Service centre. Man he was Fully sweated out! It seems he just spend 3000/- on bike repair took the bike for a ride and somewhere lil far the bike would not start. Poor guy has been pushing for 5 Kms early in the Morning!
I really donno what to say - Some one needs to address this immediately.
I have forwarded a similar email to the Honda Cusotmer service. will let you guys know of the update in few days.
