I have bought a brand new Dio 9 months ago & am already selling it off. Reason, the bike will never start in the mornings without "you pulling the choke".This happened on the 2nd day after purchase & persists even to this day after 9 months. Kick start is poor.It refuses to start even after kicking it 5-8 times.
Took it to the showroom & they said that the battery has drained out, (this is in the first week after purchase!!) then a few of my other friends told me that they too have this particular problem of starting & battery drain out. Mind you HH does not replace the battery with new one even in the warranty period.They just recharge it for you. Even after that the problem does not get sorted out.
The paint quality is bad, I have started getting spots on the paint work which gives a rough look to the bike. I should add that the colors of Dio are atrocious, I mean c’mon "purple & mint green" even women will not like these colors!! very soon u will have a shocking pink colored Dio too!!
