I am very disappointed by your company.Recently I purchased a new launched honda jazz 2016 SVMT petrol model. On 9th of may I took the delivery and while going on a long journey my tyre got punctured and while fitting the spare tyre I got to know that the size of the spare tyre is different comparetively to all the other four fitted tyres.The spare tyre is of small rim size-14inch and with different tyre size whereas all the other tyres are of 15inch. How come this thing was hidden from the customers whereas all other features where highlighted. I went to the showroom from where I purchased the car it was from Dimapur, Nagaland ( 797112) and they refuse to replace the tyre and rim as they said company provide it in such a way. Its seriously making fool to the customers and cheating them.This was never expected that such a renowned company will cheat the customers by hidding this fact.Its just a succumb, I want my tyre and rim to get replaced as soon as possible.
